More “stay off the scale” proof…

Since beginning my training and dieting for my upcoming photo shoot, I have been tracking my progress as well as some of my stats.

I dislike the scale in the biggest way and would love for everyone to step away from the scale…

I weighed myself when I first started (pics above and left here) and just took another measurement this morning. And just like the pic says, I have only lost 3 pounds. From 160 down to 157.

Now if I was solely keeping the number on the scale as a measure of my progress, I would be a little concerned… Training extra hard and dieting for 7 weeks and only seeing a 3 pound change??? Pics are worth a thousand words. If you want to measure something, measure your progress with pics. They don’t lie.

Free yourself from that ridiculous number that is probably burned into your brain from years of reading magazines and comparing yourself to others.
