Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more if you’d like)
  • 6-8 packets Stevia or 1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 4 oz jar of baby food applesauce
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl & wet ingredients in another bowl.

Add wet mixture to dry mixture & mix well.

Spray muffin pan so they won’t stick.

Sprinkle cinnamon top of the muffins before baking.

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.
