Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped collard greens (packed tight when measuring)
- 1 cup canned, light coconut milk
- 1 medium banana (or frozen mango if you don’t use bananas)
- 1/3 cup sliced, raw zucchini
- 1 cup whole, fresh cranberries (frozen if you are in a pinch)
- 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon allspice (depending on taste)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve.
