Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped collard greens (packed tight when measuring)
  • 1 cup canned, light coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana (or frozen mango if you don’t use bananas)
  • 1/3 cup sliced, raw zucchini
  • 1 cup whole, fresh cranberries (frozen if you are in a pinch)
  • 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon allspice (depending on taste)

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve.
  • Enjoy!
