Ingredients:

  • ½ cup minced onions
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbs water
  • 4 tbs minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbs minced celery
  • 2 tbs ketchup
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth
  3. This recipe yields  1¾ cups
