Ingredients:
- ½ cup minced onions
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbs water
- 4 tbs minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbs minced celery
- 2 tbs ketchup
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth
- This recipe yields 1¾ cups
