Chicken Pad Thai 

Ingredients

1 package rice noodles
1 jar pad Thai sauce
1 T peanut butter
~ 1 pound chicken breast
Broccoli
Lime
Cilantro
Bean sprouts
Siracha (hot sauce with the rooster on the label)

Directions

I steamed the broccoli while I browned the chicken and prepared the noodles.

Add the cooked noodles (save extra water from noodles on side so you can add it back in for consistency) to the pan the chicken was sautéed in along with the pad Thai sauce and peanut butter. Mix well and heat throughout.

Serve with broccoli and top with bean sprouts, cilantro, lime juice, and siracha sauce.

This is one of my favorite quick meals:). The pad Thai sauce could be made cleaner by making it yourself but the jar of sauce isn’t too bad at all.
