WHAT IS NEW???

  1. Improved 30 Day Meal Plan: There have been several questions about how/when to use meal replacements/protein shakes, so we have created a meal plan that shows you just how you can replace 2 meals per day with a meal replacement option of your choice. This improved menu also links menu items directly to each recipe.
  2. Training & HIIT Links: Each week, with the click of a link, you will have access to your monthly resistance training and your weekly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). ONE STOP SHOP. JUST GIVE ME THE TRAINING AND I WILL RUN WITH IT. Each exercise has a clickable video link. Forget how to do an exercise DURING your workout? Just click the link and the YouTube video will pop right up!
  3. Video Link: We have covered an incredible amount of information over the past 3+ years and we have packaged it for you as a step-by-step guide with video and audio downloads. Don’t worry, you will also receive the notes in a text format for your training notebook.
