Ferrell Fitness Solutions

I was Born and raised in the suburbs of East Atlanta in a small town called Conyers, Georgia. At a young age, I always had a knack for finding any type of outdoor activity and sport possible to keep my mind busy. However, once I got hooked on Soccer and Swimming the rest was history. Out of High School I was offered an athletic and academic scholarship to a small private college in North Georgia called Young Harris College. My dream had come true and my love for the game still continues on to this day. After a couple of ACL surgeries, I transferred to The University of Georgia to continue my studies in Exercise Science, POST-Physical Therapy Training and Sports Medicine with aspirations of becoming a Physical Therapist one day and treating other college/professional athletes and individuals with disabilities/injuries.

I currently hold a dual Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science Pre-Physical Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine with a Certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine. After moving to Charleston to attend MUSC, I realized that there was a tremendous gap between knowledgable and resourceful trainers who had an understanding of what to do with clients who just finished physical therapy or needed to be referred to physical therapy. I also met with multiple Physical Therapists who had no idea about who to refer their clients to in order to continue to build their strength back. It was then that I developed my business based off principles of post-rehab strength training, corrective exercise for muscle imbalances, and functional fitness training for all individuals and athletes.

People can find me at a few places I contract from in the Charleston area. For those looking to join a membership at The Country Club of Charleston, please stop by my office in the wellness center by the club house MWF from 7am-12pm and 3-5pm. Also, I contract out of Premier Fitness facility off Fleming Road on James Island just off Maybank Hwy. Feel free to contact me anytime at 404-375-2277 or email me nferrell1216@gmail.com.

I look forward to speaking with those interested!
