I would love to have you start us off with your very touching and motivating story.

I half jokingly say we have engineered ourselves fat but to some degree it is true. How and why do you think we have ended up in this inactivity epidemic?

Your quote on your website about how we spend many years getting out of shape and then expect to get right back into condition in just a few weeks caught my attention. Since we are a couple months into the new year, what advice would you give to the people who jumped into 2015 with both feet?

Some of our listeners are new to exercise and some listeners workout as regularly as they brush their teeth. What advice would you give to the consistent exerciser if they want to help their friends and family who are just getting started?​

A common misconception is that people must run in order to be fit. I have no idea where it came from but I hear it all the time. What advice do you give to people who don’t like to run?

What if someone wants to learn how to run? I saw you have a program called Anyone Can Run. Can you tell us more about that?
