My “green juice” (Lots of veggies with just one fruit-an apple)…can I have that at any point during the day? or should I include that in one of my meals? If so, is morning best since the apple is a carb? I refuse to give up my Green Juice! It is so beneficial! I just don’t know where to “place” it in the daily macros.

Feel free to have that at any point. It is really just a bunch of veggies with a little apple. Rock it out ANYTIME!!!
