I can’t eat anything before I workout or I will feel sick and sluggish. Is it horrible not to eat before? I have tried everything. And then I usually have to wait an hour to eat after or I will bring it back up. I was able to do shakes after workouts but I can’t do shakes because all the different brands I have tried give my baby a rash (I am breast feeding). Any suggestions?

If your workouts are suffering because of the food, you don’t have to eat right before. If you can eat something 3 hours prior to your workout, your stomach should have a chance to empty so that you don’t feel like it is going to come back …
