I ate one clean applesauce/ pumpkin muffin….1 slice of spinach and Ricotta frittata and a protein skake with 1 T peanut butter 4 blackberries, 4 strawberries,1/2 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk….and now 12 oz black coffee.I was so hungry but now I feel bloated is this way to much to eat in the am?

I would have split it up into 2 meals. It takes about 20-30 minutes for our stomach to tell our brain that it is full.
