Before I started eating clean and 5-6 times a day I was at most a 2 meal a day eater and never breakfast! I would shovel a yucky cheeseburger from a fast food joint and wash it down with a super-sized soda. I was shocked why I gained weight! This has been amazing and I eat seriously all day long! I will say I feel like for times of my cycle that I am craving fattier items like cheese and ice cream. Do you think my body needs more fat at that time?

This time, just opt for healthy fats. Add an extra serving I nuts and an extra tablespoon of coconut oil to your day. You will provide the fat your body is looking for and you will gain nutrition from it.
