I’m Stephanie Keenan, wellness expert and founder of SKFitLife. After spending far too many years pounding the pavement and staring at the screen of various pieces of cardio equipment trying to reach the physique I so desperately wanted, I decided to take my fitness to the next level and hired competitive fitness coach, to prepare me to step on stage.
